Please check with your Insurance company regarding your FSA/HSA plan we cannot guarantee reimbursement and we do not submit claims directly to FSA/HSA plans. We can provide a receipt for your date of service.

• Discuss weight loss goals and order initial lab work.
• Lab Follow up, basic nutrition & coaching.
• Develop individualize treatment plan. 

• 1:1 visit with your clinician, discuss progress, goals and re-evaluate for any needed adjustments.
• Includes prescription refill (excludes the cost of medication). 
• Medication tolerance to ensure the medication is supporting your goals. 

Healthy KC requires a prepayment for all appointments at the time the visit is scheduled.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please notify Healthy KC within 48 hrs of your appointment to avoid forfeiting your payment. 

We offer discounted lab testing that can be collected at your local Labcorp. Labs need to be no less than 6 months at the time of your initial medical weight or hormone/wellness visit. **Please notify us if you have current labs or would like to use your insurance for your lab work.
