Please check with your Insurance company regarding your FSA/HSA plan. We cannot guarantee reimbursement, and we do not submit claims directly to FSA/HSA plans. We can provide a receipt for your date of service.
Healthy KC requires a prepayment for all appointments at the time the visit is scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please notify Healthy KC within 48 hrs of your appointment to avoid forfeiting your payment.
We offer discounted lab testing that can be collected at your local Labcorp. The labs need to be at least 6 months old at the time of your initial medical weight or hormone/wellness visit. **Please notify us if you have current labs or would like to use your insurance for your lab work.
**Additional charges may apply if labs are needed. Your Clinician will discuss at the time of your visit.
